BEROYA GOSPEL  FELLOWSHIP

OUR HISTORY

 

It was the conviction of Pastor Mwandha Michael together with  Bishop Christopher Kamya and (late Walugosi Samuel ) to start this ministry in the name of Jesus Christ.

In 1994, we came up with the concept of God’s kingdom not building man’s Kingdom that was the cause for us to break off from the Anglican churches for the spiritual movement in the body of Christ. Not fighting but with brotherly love with a purpose of preaching the word.

 

We began with one congregation in rural area at Irondo village with gospel out reach of door to door and even to other villages.  As per now we have 8 local churches that are serving God independently but with fathering spirit under Beroya gospel fellowship.

 We have organizational leadership positions headed by executive director.  In addition, our highest position in the local church is office of the pastor.

Our vision is to promoting spiritual, skills and ability of economic development for basic needs in life.

 

Mission:

 

We are to promote spiritual and social economic development with the aim of improving the standard of living by building a culture into people who can read and live according to the Bible scriptures (that is actually in Berea from the book of Acts 17:10-11).
